Founded in 2023, EZ-EAP was created to help athletic trainers streamline their EAPs and ensure athlete safety. Our software platform is raising the standard for emergency preparedness in athletics by modernizing a process that has remained largely unchanged for the past 20+ years.

EZ-EAP transitions essential emergency documentation from paper to a secure, centralized portal that enhances accessibility, connectivity, and clarity. The result is an online-based EAP environment that provides an updated and clear plan of action when it matters most.

Led by founder Jacob Swisher, a certified EMT with several years of experience working closely with elite sports medicine teams, EZ-EAP was born out of both personal experience and the need for dedicated innovation. From the time Jacob was tasked with managing EAPs as an undergraduate, he was astonished that, in the modern age of technology, the standard of practice for emergency preparedness relied on paper EAPs, 911 calling cards, and emergency contact phone trees. Determined to modernize the EAP process, Jacob set out to revolutionize how emergency preparedness is managed.
